* Exchanges or returns are not accepted after the purchase is made.
* Exchanges may be possible before the item is dispatched and the customer is willing to make necessary payment changes.
* Refunds are only made under the conditions of missing packages or for defected items rather than mentioned.
* Items purchased for pickup option should be picked up before a month from the date of purchase. We do not take any responsibility of the purchased items after the due date of pickup.
